These guidelines are writen for the disabled traveller.
Inform the airline or your travel agent if you have problem in walking, or if you need a wheelchair. They will make special arrangements to help you at the Airport.
Terminal Buildings: The ground floor and first floors are easily accessible, and there are wheelchairs available on request.

Hearing disabilities : A TextPhone system is provided at the Terminal 1 Airport Information Desk. Special TextPhone number: 0121-767-8084 We have staff available on the Information Desk who can use sign language.
Deaf Alerters: a radio based fire alarm warning system for deaf and hard of hearing people, is available at the information desk.
